This design process was highly iterative and deeply user-centered, driven by thorough research and constant feedback loops. The first step was to conduct extensive user research, which provided valuable insights into the existing workflow and helped identify key pain points and inefficiencies. By understanding how users interacted with the application and where they struggled, I was able to define clear goals for improving the user experience.
