KentuckyOne Health has more than 200 locations including hospitals, physician groups, clinics, primary care centers, specialty institutes and home health agencies, with employees across the state of Kentucky and southern Indiana. KentuckyOne Health is the largest health system in Kentucky and has more than 3,100 licensed beds.
Project Details
KentuckyOne Health was looking to introduce a style that conveys excellence, trust, and personality. My goal was to create a vibrant, friendly design that improved the overall user experience through an enhanced and intuitive user interface. Throughout the project I took every opportunity to promote the culture of the hospital and how they serve people. Instantly noticeable changes included an optimized main navigation as well as promoting the physician search feature and location information. I defined a new site architecture and user flows that were simple to navigate and goal-oriented.
